Chris Allan is chief audio culprit at Brick Lane Studios in Paisley and guitarist with the permanently semi-retired Stylus Automatic.
The main idea was to build a playlist that was instinctive and had its own energy. All songs over 4 minutes were dismissed out of hand. I tried not to think about it too long. Get some songs; put them in an order, job done. That was my plan… and this is my playlist.
